It is well-known that selling is a dynamic profession, and a salesmen need to upgrade his/her knowledge about your products and services constantly to remain competitive. But, when selling comes to the pharmaceutical sector the task gets tougher because here, the prospect (we mean the doctor) has more knowledge about medicines and diseases than the salesman (Medical Representative). Knowledge of the Human Body is one of the foremost needs of our Medical Representative to succeed in Bion. So, a Bion Therapeutics Medical Representative undergo a thorough training on the human anatomy and physiology – the functions of the various organs, the different parts of the organs, and what happens if they function abnormally.
Learning Various Diseases
What are the various diseases for which the company offers medicines? What are their symptoms? What is the future?
Learning Various Medicines To Treat Diseases
What are the drugs available for a particular disease? How does the drug help cure the disease, and what are its indications and contraindications?
Learning How To Engage A Doctor
Once our Medical Representatives complete their medical training, the next step they go is through a process training on ‘how to engage a doctor’, how to represent as a brand ambassador of the company, how to introduce the drugs, and how to promote the drug and company.
Learning How To Be A Bionian
Our Medical Representatives undergo a Behavioural/Selling Skill Training program for to develop and improve our in-clinic communication, joint working behaviour, RCPA, and bettering target setting and achievement of set goals.
Once our Medical Representatives completes this training, he is ready to work in the field with doctors in promoting company’s products. This extensive training is be supported by continuous reinforcement periodically by our Training Department through online & digital platform on-the -go with just a click, so that they always remain competitive, productive and a Happy Incentive Earning Sales Force.
