Along with three decades of rich experience in understanding the nuances and the growth drivers of the market, he has been privy to all aspects of the pharmaceutical business-like manufacturing, quality, commercials, supply chain management and marketing and sales. Successfully directing many business teams across different therapy areas and winning numerous awards over the past three decadesand building strong field managers team across India by conducting various professional training programs, he has closely witnessed the evolution of the Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.
He has been a major force behind pioneering the launch and making them great successful brands of various novel and first of its kind products and concepts in the Indian pharmaceutical market in his various roles at Merind, Wockhardt and Nicholas.
